Role Objective:
To own the customer journey from the moment of booking until handover and beyond. You will be the single point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, positive, and reinforces their decision to invest with Zenvistas. Your primary goal is to turn happy customers into brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and meticulously maintain the central customer database (CRM).
- Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance).
- Proactively communicate project progress and construction updates to clients at regular intervals.
- Address all customer queries, concerns, and requests promptly and with empathy.
- Coordinate the documentation process, including agreements, payments, and registration.
- Organize and manage key customer events like foundation ceremonies and handover celebrations.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback (NPS/CSAT) to identify areas for service improvement.
