NRI Client Executive

Department: International Sales Experience : 0-5 Years Role Objective:To be the dedicated specialist for our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clientele. You will manage the unique needs of international clients, building trust across continents and time zones through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to guide them through the remote buying process. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for all leads generated from international markets.Manage communications effectively across different time zones, utilizing video calls, email, and messaging apps.Conduct professional and engaging virtual site tours and project presentations.Understand and address the specific concerns of NRI buyers, such as trust, remote verification, legalities, and rental management potential.Assist clients with the entire NRI transaction process, including KYC norms, Power of Attorney (PoA) execution, and fund remittance procedures (NRE/NRO accounts).Maintain a rigorous and structured follow-up schedule to keep clients engaged and informed.Coordinate with clients’ local relatives or representatives in India for site visits or other necessary formalities.Build a database of NRI-specific information and frequently asked questions to streamline the process.
