Role Objective:
To be the face of Zenvistas, engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), understanding their lifestyle aspirations, and guiding them through the journey of purchasing a premium villa. You will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and upholding the luxury brand image of Zenvistas.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify leads generated by the marketing team.
Conduct highly professional and persuasive site visits and project presentations.
Build strong rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and handling objections with skill.
Articulate the unique value proposition of Zenvistas, focusing on design, wellness, and investment potential.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the Customer Delight team to ensure a seamless handover post-booking.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
